Massage in Schools – teaching children to massage children, in a fun clothed seated massage that assists children in aleviating stress and anxiety. Regular use of this massage program has also been shown to help children to be calmer and less aggressive, experience positive touch and schools have found this program to lessen incidence of bullying. All this leads to our children learning in a happier and healthier environment to the best of their ability.

So these are the massage areas that I cover for now, as I said there is another just around the corner. I’m very excited about what’s coming, so stay tuned. I’ll expand further on each of these later and let you in on what else is in the pipeline or underway.

What is a passion and how do you know it’s where you want to be?

A passion is something that makes your heart beat faster and your head spin with excitement. It’s something that you think of constantly and wonder if it’s really what you want. Is it going to fill that void you have that you can’t explain? Confusing I know, but that’s part of the excitement.

For years I have loved natural health and massage. For me touch is one of the most powerfully valuable parts of ones existence. Don’t get me wrong, by touch I mean positive touch, not the negative touch that has become so prevalant in todays society.

So with a background in health and various massage modalities join me as I bring about the process of establishing a business, classes and optimum health. An exciting journey to behold.
